Refund & Cancellation Policy
Simple rules for refunds and cancellations for payments via Razorpay.
We aim to be fair and transparent. This policy explains when a refund may be issued and how to request one for payments made on Staff On Air.
Subscriptions and credits
- Fees for active subscriptions and used credits are non-refundable.
- We do not offer prorated refunds unless required by law.
Duplicate or failed payments
- If you were charged twice or a payment failed but was debited, contact us within 7 days. After verification, we will initiate a refund to the original payment source via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
How to request a refund
Email support@staffonair.com with your registered email, transaction ID, date, and amount. We typically respond within 3–5 business days.
